This modern and immaculate home is fully equipped with high-end furnishings and finishes. Generous open plan living with private outdoor courtyard and spa pool for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The main floor is a generous open plan. The large lounge room has plenty of seating and a 65” Smart TV. The dining area has seating for 8 people and kitchen island that sits 3.

Kitchen has absolutely everything you will need including an induction cooktop, convection oven, 2 drawer dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine and more.

Outdoor courtyard - lounge room opens directly to a private deck area with comfortable outdoor furniture and BBQ. Complete with a retractable awning and outdoor lighting.

The garage is equipped with your laundry. The washer/dryer, sink and additional fridge located on the back wall.

The private 5 person spa pool is located at the rear of the home access from either the rear garage door or lounge.

Upstairs you will find the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The ensuite is located in the master bedroom. The main bathroom is equipped with a shower and a bathtub. There are also Smart TV’s located in the master bedroom and bedroom 3. (Refer to photos)
